I've been extremely busy with my college life and I can't make time with T'ling. I'm currently planning to continue the project at an irregular basis and as you know, I need comrades =D. I just remembered that Koto(Project Head) said he'll retake the project again but I haven't heard from it these few months =D I strongly believe that he's still translating the game but with no updates to us but I still encourage people to translate and edits some scripts so the project will get more attention from the community to garner support =D

ReplyDeleteYes. Miki, Mai and Shiori's first scripts are opened for editing. You can edit anything that is not in bold and when the Translation for the script reaches 100% Contact me if you have problems understanding the translation =D

DeleteWhat exactly does image editing entail? I don't know what my level of mastery is because I'm not too clear on the VN translation process to begin with, but I think I can help out.

Level of Mastery: QC - Advanced(Master, depending on your point of view considering I'm used to writing stories and dialogue as a hobby) TC - Beginner
When it comes to quality checking the script to see how best each sentence flows with each other and to form coherency, I'm pretty good at doing such a thing. I've also worked with the group who did the ONE ~Kagayaku Kisetsu e~ English translations as a QC, also, so I think I'm pretty good. Not very good at TC but I can always try that since I'm trying to learn the language anyway.

DeleteIt seems the TLwiki dumped the project =D I'll try to salvage some scripts and continue resuming. Assume that this project can only have a partial TL since I'm very busy. Sorry guys! =D
ReplyDeleteThe page is still up but the link to it from the main page is hidden I guess. Anyway, I could resume translating Shiori's route once school finishes (mid december) although my japanese skills are pretty much the same they were during summer. At least we'll try to keep this project alive.

Comments and Etc: I have worked on never7 and I'm currently working on I/O. I know how alpha works as a layer for transparency i have edited enough of them for I/O. I have also done some Cleaning/Typesetting for manga. So when it comes to image editing for Visual Novels i know what I'm doing
also i know a little japanse through self study
